Meet the CE Department's ASF: Joenel

Joenel Galupino graduated BSCE and was recognized for his Outstanding Contribution to the CE Department in 2009. And he still continues his dedicated service to the university and the CE students and faculty by serving as an Academic Service Faculty (ASF) in-charge of the laboratories of the CE Department starting 2013.
