The 6th Regional Symposium on Infrastructure Development (RSID6) in Civil Engineering to be held at Bangkok, Thailand on December 8-10, 2008 is a meeting ground for young researchers and engineers from the Philippines, Japan, Thailand and other Asian countries for discussing and exchanging experiences and ideas in order to promote advancement in civil engineering for infrastructure development in the Asian region. Abstracts of three undergraduate thesis including the Gold thesis by Chua and Tan-Afuan were submitted for oral presentation at the symposium.
