Engr. Ronaldo S. Gallardo, CE Dept. Chair and Dr. Andres Oreta attended the final steering committee meeting of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) Core University Program on Environmental Engineering on January 11, 2009 at the Rama Gardens Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand. The meeting focused on the final outputs of the project which is a book on Sustainable Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Development and the JSPS-DOST Symposium to be held in Manila on March 9-10, 2009. Engr. Gallardo and Dr. Oreta also met Dr. Naveed Anwar of ACECOMS to discuss the future activities of ACECOMS in the Philippines. Photo: Engr.
