Ferdinand Ubay were inducted as directors of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers - Lungsod ng Maynila (PICE-LNM) Chapter last Dec. 5, 2008 at the Manila Hotel during the Silver Anniversary Celebration and Christmas Party of the chapter. Oreta represents the academe, while Ubay represents the consultancy sector. The outgoing 2008 president is Engr. Federico Alconcel, formerly a faculty member of DLSU CE Department, while the incoming 2009 president is Engr. Emil Sadain.Saturday, December 6, 2008
