Engrs. Edgar L. Dona and Renan Ma. T. Tanhueco successfully defended their PhD dissertation last Dec 2008 at the University of the Philippines, School of Urban and Regional Planning (UP-SURP). Engr. Dona’s dissertation is on “The Dynamics of Air Passenger Growth and Development of Airport Regions in the Philippines,” while Engr. Tanhueco’s is on “ Vulnerability Assessment in the Development and Land Use Plans of Dagupan City, Philippines.” Engrs. Dona and Tanhueco will earn officially their degrees of PhD in Urban and Regional Planning at the end of the 2nd semester SY2008-2009 during the UP Diliman graduation ceremony.
