DLSU CE Dept - NCREE Networking Meeting during ChiChi20 Conference

DLSU-NCREE Netwrking Meeting on Sept 18, 2019

DLSU CE Dept. chair, Prof. Lessandro Garciano initiated a networking meeting with the National Center for Research on Earthquake Engineering (NCREE) of Taiwan during the ChiChi20 International Conference. The meeting was held on Sept. 18, 2019 with Prof. Garciano, Prof. Andres Oreta and Engr. Adam Abinales representing DLSU. NCREE was led by Shyh-Jiann Hwang, Director of NCREE. The meeting explored the possible collaborative activities that NCREE and DLSU can pursue. Among the activities that can be done are research collaboration, visiting researchers from DLSU to NCREE, visiting professors to DLSU and site visits. It was agreed that a Memorandum of Agreement will be formulated between the two organizations.
